Data we collect

Account: your email and payment data processed by the checkout provider (we never store card numbers).

App usage: favorite recipes, shopping list selections and, if you choose to use the journal, glucose readings you enter manually.

How we use it

To deliver the product (login, content, reminders you turn on), send transactional emails, and measure our pages with analytics and advertising tools (Meta Pixel and PostHog). PostHog records navigation and clicks on our sales pages so we can understand what works; it is not used inside your logged-in area, and it never collects your glucose readings.

We never sell your data.

Your glucose data

Journal entries are private, visible only to you, and protected by access rules at the database level. You can delete them at any time inside the app.

Data deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data through the support channel listed in your welcome email. Deletion is permanent.
